K. Suriyakumar - Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

"Suri" Suriyakumar joined the company in 1989 as Vice President and became the company's President and Chief Operating Officer in 1991. In June 2007, he became Chief Executive Officer, and he was appointed Chairman of the Board in August 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Suriyakumar was with Aitken Spence & Co. LTD, a highly diversified conglomerate and one of the five largest corporations in Sri Lanka. During his 12-year tenure with Aitken Spence, he was involved in one turnaround and three start-up projects, each of which subsequently grew to be among the largest divisions in the corporation. Prior to Aitken Spence, Mr. Suriyakumar was a marine engineer with Brown & Co. LTD.

John E.D. Toth - Chief Financial Officer

John E.D. Toth, joined ARC in July 2011. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Toth was CFO of Bell-Carter Foods, and CFO of Fresh Express, Inc. and Vice President Finance of the Salads and Healthy Snacking division of Chiquita Brands International Inc. Earlier Mr. Toth provided merger and acquisitions advisory services to middle market companies. He began his career in investment banking with J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs & Co. Inc. Mr. Toth earned his undergraduate degree in economics and political science, and his master's degree in economics from Stanford University.

Rahul Roy - Chief Technology Officer

Rahul Roy joined American Reprographics in 1999. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Roy was President & CEO for Consolidated Software, and COO and CFO for InPrint Corporation, now an operating division of American Reprographics. He is currently the founder, president & CEO of MirrorPlus Technologies, Inc., the software development arm of American Reprographics.

Dilantha "Dilo" Wijesuriya - Chief Operating Officer

Dilo Wijesuriya began his career with ARC as a manager at the company's Ford Graphics division in San Francisco in 1991. He subsequently became president of the division in 2001, and became an ARC regional operations head in 2004. In August 2008, Mr. Wijesuriya was named Senior Vice President - National Operations and an executive officer of ARC. Prior to his employment with American Reprographics Company, Mr. Wijesuriya was a divisional manager with Aitken-Spence from 1981-1990, a multi-national conglomerate headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Jorge Avalos – Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President Finance

Mr. Avalos joined the Company in June 2006 as the Company's Director of Finance and became the Company's Corporate Controller in December 2006 and Vice President, Corporate Controller in December 2010. From March 2005 through June 2006, Mr. Avalos was employed with Vendare Media Group, an online network and social media company, as its controller. From September 1998 through March 2005, Mr. Avalos was employed with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a global professional services firm focusing on audit and assurance, tax and advisory services, and left as an assurance manager

Senior Management

Ted Buscaglia – Executive Vice President - Global Services

Mr. Buscaglia joined the ARC in January 2006. Prior to joining the company, he worked at FedEx Kinko's corporate offices in Dallas where he was in charge of all their large-format business. He was responsible for overseeing millions of dollars worth of large-format printing and finishing for retail and corporate accounts. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Latin American Studies from San Diego State University.

Rosalia Goddard – Corporate Counsel

Ms. Goddard joined the company in May 2012. Prior to coming to ARC, she practiced law for 15 plus years, working at a number of firms such as Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker in San Francisco, California, and as in-house counsel for such large corporations as Sutter Health in San Francisco, and Long’s Drugs and John Muir Health in Walnut Creek, California, and Robert Half International in San Ramon, California. Ms. Goddard received a dual Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Communications and Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. She is a member of the State Bar of California.

J. Theodore Carlson - Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions

Mr. Carlson joined American Reprographics in 1999 after 20 years of sales and consulting experience in the reprographics industry. Prior to joining the company, he was a Vice President at Oce. Mr. Carlson holds a BA from Wheaton College.

Ken Gini - Senior Vice President of Corporate Administration, Operations & Procurement

Mr. Gini joined the company in 1998 as Director of Systems and Procedures. He was named Vice President in 1999, and Senior Vice President in 2009. Prior to joining company, Mr. Gini was the General Manager of a logistics company in Melbourne Australia. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middlesex University in London, England.

David Stickney - Vice President of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations

Mr. Stickney joined the ARC in March 2000. Prior to joining the company, he provided business communication, public relations and marketing consulting services to the reprographic industry and other business-to-business clients. He holds a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
