Bryan was awesome when installing our Mimaki printer. During the training the was very knowledgeable and patient a team of new comers to printing.
Bryan is very very helpful when it comes to many aspects about our equipment. Some of the things we are new at in the printing industry and he was instrumental in helping us succeed. If for some reason he did not know the answer he would find someone who would. I would recommend ARC to anyone.

I am writing to make a commendation for the services of Bryant Scott, the E-Arc technician who manages/services my Mimaki UJF-3042 printer. Bryan has been consistently outstanding – he calls back and responds to texts and emails immediately, has always been successful in problem-solving questions from me, and has gone above and beyond in helping me get the best out of my machine. Most recently this week, he used his contacts to arrange and deliver production fixtures for the products I nest in my machine. This has been most helpful, and was something he did above and beyond his responsibilities. Too often, customer/vendor relationships focus on complaints and failings on one side or another – but in this case, it is about how admirable the services of a specific technician have been, and it is important that the E-Arc organization hears about this. Just received our HP Z9 44" large format printer. Couldn't be happier with Susan, the sales person, the driver and the install tech. They were all extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend ARC for all yoru printing needs.
Such amazing service! They place the order for our supplies as soon as they can, and they confirm with us when they have done so. I was in immediate need of supplies, and they sent their own supplies to us! I don't know anyone else who would do that! Amazing!
