To Access our FTP site, please read the instructions below, and click the provided link. Please note there are different instructions for Windows and Mac users.
You can use our Work Order and e-mail or fax the completed file to us once the files have been uploaded.
Windows Instuctions:
Windows Users will need to use Internet Explorer that comes with Microsoft Windows for best results. Other web browsers such as Google Chrome, and Firefox do not work.

Mac users need to download FileZilla (OSX 10.5 or higher), a free program to access FTP servers.
Please read the instructions here to install FileZilla on your Mac.
Click here to download FileZilla. (*Please note OSX older than 10.5 is unsupported. We currently do not have a solution for uploading from a Mac client if you are using OSX 10.4 or older.)

Once FileZilla is installed in the host box type ftp.mercury-ldo.com in the Username and Password box type the credentials to access the FTP. If you do not have the credentials to log into the FTP please call one of our shops and we can assist you. You can find a complete listing here.
Note:
All files will be deleted from the FTP after processing at our locations. All files made available for Download from the FTP will be removed after 24 hours.
