Please enter the required info below. Upon receipt of the support request our Fleet Management System will:
·         Notify the appropriate service technician of the request
·         Provide the service technician the details of the issue
·         Allow Argo-ICC to track all service requests for all devices (ie. monitor continuous service issues)
·         Provide the client with email notification of the service request with a service “ticket” number
 
The Service manager or service technician will be in contact with the person submitting the service request within 1 hour (during regular business hours).
