About the S.T.A.R. (Special Thanks and Recognition) Newsletter: We regularly receive a significant amount of unsolicited comments and feedback from our customers and partners. To celebrate those that take the time to say “thank you” and the great work of our team members, we’ll be posting some highlights here twice a month. We hope these stories stand as a testament to what we do the best: “offering exceptional services.” 

Without further ado, below are 10 great pieces of feedback we received from customers this month. Make sure to check number 9! It’s, uh, nuts. Enjoy!

1. ARC Los Angeles

Hi Davina and Doug,

After a great first year with the Courtside Collection program at our Dew NBA 3X events, I wanted to send you both a note thanking you again for your partnership. This was uncharted territory and your team’s knowledge, helpfulness, and flexibility allowed us complete six successful events.

I would also like to send an additional thanks to Nicolas Sebastian, our printer technician during the third event in Dallas. His professionalism and vision for success led to a refined and highly efficient printing process in Dallas and, as a result, all events thereafter. Not only did he improve our overall process, he created an extremely thorough ARC technician handbook that outlined his new process to ensure all events after his went as smoothly as they should. He also offered some fresh thinking on how this program could potentially evolve with an interactive consumer-facing control panel, social media integration opportunities, and digital display options. The difference between our first two events and our last four events from a consumer experience and an event efficiency standpoint was night and day. I attribute the improvement entirely to Nicolas, his refined printing process, and his handbook created for our events.

As we look towards 2017, we look forward to an opportunity to work with the ARC team in the future.

2. ARC – Regional Account Program

Hi Jed – I hope today finds you well.  I just wanted to reach out today regarding the ARC transition to date.  In one word, it’s been excellent.  I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback regarding the entire transition and the local ARC support for each location.

These are just a few examples of the excellent support ARC has provided to date.  I can’t thank you enough either Jed for being my first point of contact for all these issues and ensuring they are resolved immediately.  You have made the transition seamless in so many ways by communicating, making equipment and delivery changes at the last minute, and making [the company] feel like we are ARC’s top priority.

Please share these comments with your team – everyone that I have worked with on the ARC team has provided excellent customer service and support at every level.  Thank you on behalf of [the company].

3. ARC Southern California

Johann and Mike,

I would just like to say how impressed I am that through all of the challenges we’ve faced regarding the Abacus roll out our onsite team has been exceptional.  The fact that they are being recognized (below) for providing outstanding customer service while also managing a high volume of user inquiries and frustration speaks volumes about their dedication, patience, and work ethic.  We are very pleased to have them here, as an extension of our team, representing us with such professionalism.

Simply put, these guys are amazing and a welcome addition to the campus. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them. I know they are very busy on any given day but, when I call for assistance, they arrive within minutes, address the printer or copier issues timely, and do so with such a positive attitude.  Honestly, you and your team deserve an A+ for bringing Willie, Charles, and also Nikko (our mail rep) to EW. Nikko is a pleasure to work with as well.  All of these guys are very attentive to our needs and do such a great job, and I wanted to share the positive feedback.  The entire team goes out of their way to assist us and it’s nice to know that we can count on them.  ☺   Please let them know.

5. ARC Dallas, Texas

KC,

I wanted to pass on my sincere appreciation for the quick and quality response your firm gave to the City of Grand Prairie related to the Gene Campbell Center Sign and Banners. We hosted a ceremonial unveiling of the sign, last Thursday evening to rave reviews by the attendants. I realize the timing was a challenge but the installation was excellent and the banners looked so good that people thought they were real signs!

Thanks again, and anticipate many more projects in the future.

6. ARC Philadelphia

Alan,

Just putting in writing some of the worlds that I shared with you today. I have had nothing but excellent support from James Bowie and Shawn Atkins for reprographics and mail support this year. I know that I can always count on them to deliver even when the jobs are big and the deadlines are tight. Both of them have stayed later, come in earlier, and put their nose to the grindstone to make sure that my requests get done on or before deadline. I just want you to know that I attribute much of my ability to meet and exceed PM and client expectations to their high quality support. I am very thankful!

Hi Tyler,

I wanted to say thank you very much for the card and the Starbucks Gift Card that was sent to me at our office.  It was such a pleasant surprise!  Your technicians are great, and are always very helpful when we’ve had them out to our office to help us through the technical difficulties we have with our HP Designjet from time to time.

Thanks again, your thoughtfulness really made my day!  ☺
