Giving Thanks to Our Customers, Community, and Employees

In our November newsletter, we approached our loyal customers with a simple, open-ended question.

“What would you like to thank a colleague for?”

Every day, work comes and goes, but we don’t always take the time to appreciate the people around us. We received several great responses to our one-question survey:

“Always being willing to share your thoughts to solve problems and make things work better.”

“Hard work and dedication.”

“Being appreciative of my work!”

“Compassion through mutual camaraderie

One response in particular stood out:

“I am thankful for all of your support, kindness, and generosity. You make this world a better place.”

At ARC, we help a wide variety of customers—architects, engineers, project managers, developers, building owners, facility managers, and many others. This response struck us as something that ought to be reiterated to the people who design, build, and operate the buildings that keep our businesses running and our people safe.

Support, kindness, generosity—all qualities that our customers have in spades.

Support

It’s easy to forget that there’s a person who makes sure your air conditioning runs smoothly, your pipes don’t burst, and your building is safe. Facility managers, engineers, and project managers provide much of the support that allows us to work safely and productively every day.

Kindness

Kindness stands out as a quality we see in all of our customers. Just read a few of our 5,000+ reviews and you’ll hear the kind words of customers we have the pleasure of working with every day.

One customer review we recently received touched us all as it shows what we do matters, “The only thing higher caliber than their (ARC’s) work product is their people”

Generosity

Vacations and weekends are a little different for our customers. After all, job site or facility emergencies don’t work a normal nine to five. Still, the people who build and operate our buildings are so valuable that there’s usually only a few that can solve urgent problems.

Fortunately, facility, project, and property managers are generous enough to pick up the phone and solve problems no matter what time it is.
