Introducing the New ARC Facilities App!

New Features, Improved Experiences

We are pleased to announce that a new version of the ARC Facilities App will soon be available for all customers. Our latest release combines improved user experiences with new tools and additional functionality. All of which will enable users to find information even faster. To learn more, please review the FAQs below or contact your Customer Success Manager.

APP Store step-by-step guide

A member of our Professional Services team will be contacting you to explain the simple process. For your convenience, we have included a brief overview with a detailed set of FAQs.

  • Prepare: One of our migration experts will contact you to begin the process. You should let your team know the change is coming. You can download the app from the App store (some customers may require their IT department assistance).
    Note: Desktop Sync users will need to install the new ARC Facilities Sync tool (IT department assistance may be required).
  • Migrate: Our migration expert will work with you to coordinate the appropriate dates for the migration. (Note: During this period, we will ask that you refrain from adding new content to the system. You can continue to view and access existing content).
  • Enjoy: Once your account has been fully migrated, our migration expert will let you know. You and your entire team can sign-in and enjoy the new interface, new features, and upgraded experience.


All ARC Facilities users that connect and use the SKYSITE Facilities & Archive App. ARC/SKYSITE Archive customers will not be affected.

This change will allow us to better focus our user experience to the needs of our facilities customers.

Our Customer Success team will be working with our customers to identify a migration plan specific for each customer

You will have continuous access to all your content. There will be a brief period during which we will ask you not to add new content directly, but to send it to our team to load for you.

The Customer Success team will work with you to determine the specifics of your migration plan and timeline. You will want to share some of these details with your team so that they can get the new software loaded prior to the completed migration.

Our migration experts and Customer Success team will be working closely with you throughout the process to avoid problems and ensure a smooth migration process.
