Ethics & Compliance

Integrity and accountability at every level

We believe doing the right thing is essential to long-term success. Our approach to ethics and compliance reflects our commitment to fairness, transparency, and respect in every interaction.

Integrity in Every Interaction

Integrity is foundational to how we operate. We are committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Our standards apply across every part of the organization and guide how we work with employees, customers, suppliers, partners, and the communities we serve.

A Culture of Accountability and Transparency

We foster a culture where honesty, accountability, and respect are expected and supported. Open communication is essential to maintaining this culture, and we encourage individuals to speak up if they have concerns about potential unethical or illegal behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, matters involving financial reporting, internal controls, auditing practices, conflicts of interest, or violations of our Code of Conduct.

Reporting Concerns Without Fear of Retaliation

Employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns in good faith. All reports are taken seriously, reviewed promptly, and handled confidentially to the extent possible. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern or participates in an investigation is strictly prohibited. By speaking up, individuals help protect our people, our reputation, and the integrity of our business.

How to Report a Concern

If you believe there may be a violation of our Code of Conduct, company policies, or applicable laws, we encourage you to speak up. Reporting concerns helps maintain a safe, ethical, and respectful workplace for everyone. Concerns may be raised by employees, customers, suppliers, or other stakeholders and can include issues related to ethical behavior, legal compliance, financial integrity, workplace conduct, or conflicts of interest. Reports can be made through established internal reporting channels or by contacting management or Human Resources directly.
