Your business runs on information

Whether it’s a construction drawing or a financial record, every piece of information you use drives and informs the decisions you make. That hasn’t changed since ARC’s inception in 1988. But, there has been a lot of change in the way information is distributed – from print, to computers, and now through cloud and mobile devices. Today, ARC still provides traditional document services, but more than ever, we’re advancing the distribution of information via our technology. We are passionate about improving the way our customers communicate, and driving innovation throughout the industry.

Building the company

ARC was founded on the simplest of ideas: Find the best people in the industry and bring them together to create a great company. Over the past 20 years, more than 150 companies have come together to make ARC what it is today.

Our people have more expertise, better understanding, and greater insight into data and documents for the AEC industries than you’ll find anywhere. Today, using that knowledge and experience, we are driving innovation in the management and distribution of information.

Building technology

In 1999, ARC began developing technology to make the distribution of information easier and more efficient. Our first web application debuted in 2000, and it quickly became the centerpiece of document management for thousands of AEC professionals.

Today we continue to invest in technology, evolving with our customers, and whole-heartedly embracing the advancements
in cloud-based computing and mobile applications.

Building intelligence™

Our customers build the world, and when they look for the most advanced data and document distribution services available in the market today, they look to ARC. They need a company that understands the communication challenges they face, and one that has technology solutions to address real problems.

The industry has changed more in the past 10 years than it has
in the past 100, and we think it’s still changing. That’s why we continue to build intelligence for our customers in everything they do – listening, learning along with them – and creating solutions that improve communication for construction professionals everywhere.
