Daniel and his team were amazing in helping me with 3-small and 1 large emergency signs for our project. His quick action was a life saver for our project.
We had 20 boxes of old records and a huge roll of blueprints scanned. Over the years people had taken records out and replaced them in the wrong boxes so it was mess. Since we had the option to make the records searchable, I just figured we would search the blob of information when necessary. However I was seriously impressed that ARC actually organized everything into meaningful folders! Definitely exceeded my expectations!
I would like to congratulate Chad for outstanding customer service! I sent an urgent print set to ARC the same morning I needed to print them. Unfortunately, my building set was corrupted.
