I am writing to make a commendation for the services of Bryant Scott, the E-Arc technician who manages/services my Mimaki UJF-3042 printer.
Bryan has been consistently outstanding – he calls back and responds to texts and emails immediately, has always been successful in problem-solving questions from me, and has gone above and beyond in helping me get the best out of my machine.
Most recently this week, he used his contacts to arrange and deliver production fixtures for the products I nest in my machine. This has been most helpful, and was something he did above and beyond his responsibilities.
Too often, customer/vendor relationships focus on complaints and failings on one side or another – but in this case, it is about how admirable the services of a specific technician have been, and it is important that the E-Arc organization hears about this.
