This was my first ever visit to ARC document solutions in San Ramon, CA for architectural drawing scanning work. Marco Ortiz was there at the store who assisted me. He was very busy at that moment but still offered to help right away with a big smile on his face and supper polite attitude. Usually any person when by themself at any busy business location is stressed and loose temper if a customer is pushy but this gentleman was super friendly and very professional. He went above and beyond to deliver. I must say people like him makes your day. Keep up the good work Marco, I hope your business grows multiple folds each day.
