Had a bad experience here. The Macon team seemed confused and what printing services i needed. Then the long white haired lady got all upset and through me out. She scared me.

ARC gets the orders wrong often and doesn't call if they are going to be late on a delivery. However, they are quick to apologize and make it up.

In the past year our service has been done significantly. I used to be able to call over and communicate and everything be great. Now we have to wait on paper, wait on service and get paper delivered wrong . We have used them for years and it's sad that the service has gone down.

Slow on return calls by my standard. Sent email to general email on 11/25 then called 8:30 am 11/28 as I had heard nothing. Got good help from reception person as to where to call and email. Emailed today to service but no response today. Can't print and getting more frustrated.

I have drawings plotted at several Arc locations on a consistent basis and have to say that the Robertson location is the worst that I've used. They've only plotted 2 sets when I had requested 3 sets, they've completely forgotten to plot my order, and I have to hound them for receipts which I need to get a reimbursement. They are the closest location to me so I use them the most but I try to use the WLA and LA/Venice location when possible to avoid Robertson!

Scott Eggleston is always extremely helpful with orders and every-day printing and processing. However, the main ARC location in Baltimore was extremely slow recently in providing a quote for 200 sets of a 20-page color report (it took a week to get the quote). My client grew a bit impatient and got a quote from another printer for essentially the same glossy report for less than 1/5 the cost. I haven't compared printing costs for drawings; maybe they're more competitive.

We actually quoted the job the same day, but our team lost track of it internally.
