Darn good service. Friendly, knowledgeable people. What more could you ask for, eh? Never have a problem meeting deadlines, even those imposed upon them by people like us hitting them with stuff in the 11th hour! The only knock, still, is a lack of local maintenance tech. That can be frustrating, as you might imagine.

Things had evolved so that our toner on four floors wasn't being picked up regularly. Virginia was flexible and happy to modify our process right away. Good people work at ARC.

I placed an order from SF that I needed picked up closer to Redwood City and it was an easy endeavor as I submitted it electronically and the San Carlos shop completed it without incident. Very convenient and the staff I spoke with handled it all competently.
