I would like to take a few moments to express my gratitude to the Great staff at the Dacoma Store. I was in need of hundreds of copies and other services for a last-minute event I was to attend. I spent the better half of the previous day trying to get someone to print my needs and was told "We need a minimum of 72hrs on orders" which I simply didn't have. I called Alyssa and she immediately said she would speak with her manager, and she would get back with me. She returned to the phone and told me they would take my print job and make it happen before days end. I drove to their location where Alyssa introduced me to Coleman, Shaira and Brandon. Each of these individuals worked with me and got my work done before the they stated and at a very reasonable cost. The attention to detail and the way things were packaged and shrink-wrapped help me put together near perfect presentation folders. The customer service I received here was outstanding and they even offered me a bottled water while we worked through the job order. Keep up the great work everyone and thanks again for understanding my situation and the help you gave me when others turned me away.
