Ms. Debbie is an angel without wings. I got into the Pitkin store location and Ms. Pat was very patient with me. She tried to change the format of my file, and resized it to fit the purpose for which the product was meant. Ms. Debbie guided her through the process, and when she heard I needed the document immediately, she interrupted the job she was working on and not only printed my project, but helped me resize the poster, post the printed paper to the poster board before I bolted out the door in an effort to meet my deadline. Thank you Ms. Debbie and Ms. Pat. I'll definitely be back for all printing and office needs. Happy New Year.
