We have been working with ARC for the last 7 years I have never had the need to question their customer service. Phone calls are answered quickly and directed to appropriate person. Whenever I place an order and have extremely detailed instructions, ARC is calling me for clarification. Some of my requests are to magnify the sheet so that it will scale to ¼ inch for a consultant. Not a problem for this group. The drivers are courteous and friendly and delivery the documents right to my desk.
